Ionian Luxury Villas

An amazing view in a clean and comfortable house.

On the first day, the maps that were sent to us by the representatives of the house brought us in a wrong direction 30 minutes away, during the night, in a difficult road into the mountains. On the second day there was no water in the property and we could not have a shower.

The pool was amazing. The house is nice too but it needs some refurbishment. The "luxury" title is a bit of an over statement. The pool table in the basement was also fun although it was quite hot down there and a bit of a weird smell. The property is not bad but definitely VERY VERY over priced. We stayed in the Lavanda villa. Can't speak about the other one located slightly uphill, but it looked like Lavanda had the better sea view.

The main road is 1.5 km away and getting to and from the main road is a depressing experience. It takes 7-8 minutes by car on a terrible road to reach to the main road and from there on another 5-10 minutes for a decent restaurant or supermarket. Absolutely no points of interests (shops, cafes, restaurant etc) within walking distance. No shower in the pool area. When we got inside there was a smell like the house was not ventilated in a while. The bathrooms looked liked they haven't been cleaned at all.

The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing, during the day and night. The pool was nice. Steven from the agency was very helpful with different tip’s about beaches, restaurants, places to go on the island.

The smell in the bathroom from the upstairs. The fact that the recipient for liquid soap was dirty and empty. One of the towels from the upstairs bathroom seemed to be dirty. We had loud music the first night from the neighbourhood. We called the agency and for a while it stopped but then it started again. And that was repeated during more nights. Ir was very difficult to find the location at the beginning, then we got used to the road. No shade during the day outside- very warm on the terrace and no other shady place. The agency asked us by e-mail and by WhatsApp three times the arrival time ( although I have answered from the very beginning and also asked me to go to Lefkada town to take the keys before the check-in. When asking if we can do the check in earlier if we do this detour ( after 2 days driving) the answer was no.

Loved everything about the property , was by far the best accommodation over our 7 weeks traveling Greece.

Nothing , everything was perfect

Excellent location. Lovely view over the water. Swimming pool was the star attraction. Outside space and garden was very pleasant.

The property is a little tired and in need of an update. Extra large beds would have been a bonus. Extra seating in the lounge room is needed. We were a family of 5 adults and found the seating area inadequate in the lounge.

Great location, quiet but close to Nydri . Super swimming pool with very nice sunbeds. Very clean , 3 bedrooms with each their own bathroom. nice to have a washing machine after a sailingtrip. Responsive and nice host.

We would advise the owner to upgrade the outdoor terras furniture. It is basic and not really comfortable which is a pitty as you almost live outside here. and the terras is a great place to sit in the shade. Unfortunately there were soo many aggressive wasps that made it impossible to use the BBQ and have dinner outside….this was a real disappointment for us.
