"Lovely home-based in Hobart"

Great views of the river and bridge - somewhat obstructed by the neighbours roof - but more than enough visibility to be able to enjoy the sights. Clean, cozy and well appointed, with everything you need for a really comfortable stay.

This is not a negative - just advising.... the house is set over 2 floors, with 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, laundry and kitchen upstairs. The house is at the top of a driveway with shared parking with adjacent town house, had to do a couple of 3 point turns to turn the car around and park in marked bay. Not difficult, again just advising the need to do this.

"Stunning views"

Fantastic views both daytime and evenings, looking over the water. So convenient for city centre but situated in the quieter suburbs which we love. Shops 20mins walk away. Well equipped and very comfortable. Communication very good with owner. Thank you

House is on quite a steep hill, hence the beautiful views, although not a problem for us it may be for others.

"Lovely view and very spaces and comfortable property."

Lovely view, comfortable beds, great lounge and balcony area. Kitchen was good with plenty of pots and pans. Easy to access with the electronic key. Toiletries were lovely too.

Cooker could do with modernising.
