Nice, homely feel, lovely pool area to cool off in with umbrellas to relax in the shade. Washing machine which is always a life saver when travelling with kids! Lots of space and privacy with the house. Access to bikes which are great quality, baskets and a baby seat! Super friendly family that made us feel very welcome! There are just a couple of accomodation blocks and we were in the 2 bedroom villa which has the pool right outside so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves most the time which was nice and relaxing! The location is perfect! We were able to dip into the ancient town when we wanted, which was enough as it’s very busy there I preferred to stay in a quieter area. It is also close to the beach, we rode the bikes to the beach one day which just took 25 minutes. Great place to stay with a baby! We had our 10 month old with us.

The property is amazing and is rich with Vietnam History! If you stay here, talk to Chi, she will give you a rundown of the history of the house during the American War. This place felt like home and the family was very accommodating and friendly. The spring water swimming pool fixed my life 🤭. The dogs are super friendly and the garden is just beyond dreams! We will have to ask for pictures of the orchids when they bloom.

I don’t like the fact that I cannot pack this home into my suitcase and leave with it!!!! On a side note, the coffee ran out and we didn’t get a refill😕

The two bedroom villa is set in stunning grounds in a perfect location. The owners were so helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. The location is very good too - near to the market and various restaurants by the riverside. We were also near to beautiful scenery and cycled through the paddy fields to yoga classes and to the Old Town.

We had the most lovely stay. The villa itself was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The gardens and pool area are gorgeous and the location is perfect, a short ride to the beach or old town, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Chi our host and her family were so warm and welcoming, inviting us to a bbq and embracing my daughter. I couldn’t recommend staying here more highly when in Hoi An. Thank you Chi ❤️

My friends and I had an incredible stay at their lovely apartment in the peaceful countryside of Hoi An. The location is perfect—away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to explore all the main attractions with ease. Surrounded by lush greenery and rice fields, it truly felt like a tranquil retreat. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and waking up to the sounds of nature was such a treat. The pool was a personal favorite spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. They even arranged an airport ride for a great price and rent us bikes for free. If you're looking for a serene and authentic experience in Hoi An, this place is a must-stay. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely return on my next trip!

This place exceeded our expectations, the property and rooms are outstanding. Very nice interiors and plenty of space, we used a the laundry, the kitchen and had plenty of space for both my wife and I and the kids. The host is outstanding very friendly and accommodating, checking in with us if needed, answering any questions about the area, organizing cleaners, and other nice touches. Our kids loved the pool, and the grounds. We also took advantage of taking the bikes through the rice fields to the beach. Less than 2usd to catch a grab to the old town, or you could just use the bikes.

Very clean with great amenities. Mr Tho Garden Villas made sure our family felt like they were at a home away from home. They had great recommendations for tailors and provided a wonderful breakfast. This our third stay over the past ten years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Hoi An. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

The villa was so peaceful with a wonderful pool in a beautiful garden. It is a bit removed from the centre of Hoi An town (about 45 minutes walk) however bikes were available to use free of charge. Chi was our host, she was very friendly and welcomed us with a cold drink. It was a lovely stay and would definitely recommend if you would like somewhere peaceful to stay rather than the busy city centre.
