Amazing stay, really nice family.A bargain at the price.

Wonderful spot, helpful staff and only a 5 min scooter ride from old town. It's actually quite nice to stay out of the center. Bikes free to use and scooters available for hire. Pool area is sunny with a view while still having ample shade. Will definitely be booking here again if I make it back to hoi an.

Only slight issue was that the lights by the pool attract a lot of insects at night and if the pool hasn't been cleaned any given morning then there's a noticeable amount of dead insects in the pool.

Incredibly comfortable. I liked the pillows and comfortable bed. The room on the second floor was very cool and even during the hot days I did not use the air conditioner. The size of the room is perfect. The owner Linh is very polite and super helpful. I would definitely stay there again. For us the location was perfect, away from the busy old town and not too far from the beach. Everything is walkable distance and on top of that the free bicycles are available to take any time. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved the homely vibe of Sol Villa!! The host was exceptional!!! She was so so kind, so helpful, she made me feel right at home!! The fact that I could wake up at noon and still go down and make my own breakfast, was just the best for me. Omg and her pancake!!!! I still dream about that pancake!!! The location was good, tucked away! The bikes were so useful!!! Had a blast and would absolutely go again!!

Great location, very quiet, nice views from the rooftop, amazing comfy bed, host is fantastic!

Everything about this Villa was fantastic. The owners are amazing people! We hope to stay again in the future, when we are back in Hoi An.

Awesome place to stay, the host were so accommodating and had so many great recommendations. Couldn’t recommend it enough

One of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam, clean, hot water all the time, big room, and the house is so clean and nice, you can get breakfast as well, the pool is pretty nice although it needs a bit of renew of facilities but it's ok.

Laundry is quite expensive comparing other places outside but it's clean and has good smell.
