Elaionas Estate Perdika

The most perfect property for a chill holiday. Very modern Villa with everything you need including private parking and a lovely pool to cool off. My hubby loved Perdika and Karavostasi beach and of course the lovely Jenny who brought us fab food every morning….our fave was Filo pastry with Feta cheese Thank you Jenny and family

The accomodation was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and broughts us homemade pies every morning. The pool had the perfect size and is perfectly located to face the sunset. The room is very spacious and felt like a home.

We stayed here for one week and wish it could have been longer. The villa was perfect and very comfortable. Tzeni arrived every morning with something freshly baked for all of the villa's, which was over and above what was expected. The facilities were excellent and the private pool lovely. We absolutely loved the place. The local area is ideal for a quiet break and plenty of good restaurants in Perdika. The villa was cleaned every day and clean towels provided every couple of days. It's was 5 star standard of service. These villa's deserve the 5 star reviews they get and Tzeni and Dimitrios are doing an amazing job. So friendly and are on hand if you need any advice or suggestions on where to visit. I can't give them enough praise and will be delighted to stay again. We hired a car for the drive from Preveza and it was about 1hr 15 mins to the villa. Many thanks.

The villa was excellent, spotlessly clean and all finished to a very high standard. The owners could not have been more friendly or helpful.

The hosts met us at the door and were wonderful throughout our stay. Jenny made us beautiful home baking (e.g. chicken parcels) every couple of days. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. The property was immaculate and we will definitely be returning next year once we can confirm flights!

Our hosts met with us even before we parked the car. They were very nice and helpful. Helped us check in the house; asked us if we need anything and even answered in full detail all the questions I asked about nearby beaches, Paxi and Antipaxi islands. The house had everything we needed, even a very nice swimming pool which our teenager sons loved. The house had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a kitchen. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Tzeni brought us great delicacies that she herself cooked and we loved them. She even gave us marmalades and olives that she herself made. Thanks so much for everything. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again. Because Elaionas Estate Perdika is definitely a home away from home...
