Villa Zante Avia

This is a great 2 bed villa and is spacious inside and out. The villa was exceptionally clean and had everything that you needed to enjoy a holiday. The pool is a great size for a villa of this size with great views of the resort.

There was nothing not to like. Just be aware that the villa is up a hill, a short 2 minute walk from the main road and all amenities.

Everything! Especially location and pool. Plus the villa supplied basics, for example washing up liquid and bin bags and 2 cleans during our stay

Beautiful property in a lovely setting. The host went out of her way to help us and make us comfortable. Spotlessly clean. The view from the pool/garden really makes it! We made good use of the BBQ and the Bluetooth speaker. Close to the beach and plenty restaurants/shops within walking distance.

Only very minor things to mention. The road up to the property is quite steep so something to keep in mind if you are planning on walking up and down. Also we were slightly concerned that the balustrade in the pergola seating area was slightly flimsy. Overall, we had a wonderful time and a very chilled holiday!

The villa was absolutely perfect. Beautiful setting with all the amenities needed. Perfect location to the bars, restaurants and beach. Anastasia was an amazing host and was on hand for all our questions. We would definitely return.

Wonderful villa , very well equipped, exceptionally clean, good wifi throughout the property and grounds, efficient air conditioning. Super walk in shower with lashings of hot water ! Owner very helpful and friendly, pool towels available and changed regularly. We loved the pool and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings on the comfy chairs under the pergola.

Superb property in a beautiful location on the edge of town. Lovely views from the garden and a fabulous swimming pool. Anastasia, the owner of the villa, could not have been more friendly and helpful, a really lovely lady.

Not so much a dislike but the villa is at the top of a quite steep road. One of our group has walking difficulties and found the walk up a problem. However, we usually could find a taxi willing to take us ‘home’ and then we rented a car, which solved that problem.
