Stunning Seaviews

The property offers like the title says „stunning seaviews“. It was so lovely waking up to these every day. Everything was clean and nicely kept. Upon arrival we were greeted. The property manager was always there when we needed. Kalkan town Center is within walking distance.

Nothing that we did not like but some things you should be aware of: - no individual parking ( it does say in the description but you need to park the vehicle down the street) - no closed gate to the property, meaning visitors like cats and dogs can come up into the property - the sunbeds are different ones than depicted on the pictures

Fantastic location with gorgeous views, near to shops and a very doable walk into and out of town in a pleasant and quiet area. Small but perfect pool with comfortable sunbeds and outside furniture surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Well stocked kitchen and lovely traditional interior design. The owner Hakan and the manager Mehmet were so helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble.

The sea views were amazing and location into the Old Town of Kalkan ideal :)

The villa was absolutely perfect. It was very close to the Centre of Kalkan with amazing views. The villa was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly want. The owner was very helpful and arranged our transfers.

Firstly the location is amazing. Just a few minutes from town and 1in from marina. Great amount of space modern well equipped facilities, good outdoor space and nice pool with stunning seaviews.
