It was an ok stay but the staff should be more accommodating to their guest.

The staff was completely rude,towels and bedsheets were stained when we arrived.Not worth it

"We can’t recommend that house and service. We unplanned left earlier as booked. We never come back at this place."

House was nice to look at. Nice decoration.

Pool completely in shadows, so no warm water. Never sun at the house. The house couldn’t really been locked, as stairs doors where not working to close. Dirty lines sheets at the beds. Wash machine was not working. Horrible customer service….nearly by zero support. If concierge where organizing something, double to triple up the price as you get if you ask your own.

Mega comfy, washer dryer all included, nice pool. The cafe nextdoor is amazing

The curtains are very bad, all the light comes trough them. The location is not great if you want to have a more active holiday, but you know that upfront. Everything is 10-20minute walk.

This the perfect property for a large group-it had everything we needed. We were well taken care of, as the staff was amazing -very accommodating. we arranged very last minute for a tour and they had it all sorted by the time we got to the place. if you’re ever in Tulum -this is the place.
