Caldera Premium Villa

The house has an incredibly beautiful balcony view. It was very nice to have breakfast in the morning looking at the sea. We thank our host for the kind welcome gifts. On the first evening we relaxed with wine on the balcony.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely seaside house! The location is right by the sea, with a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The house is clean, cozy, and very well-equipped – the kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are two comfortable bedrooms and additional beds available, which makes it perfect for families or small groups. The garden is simply amazing – with a swing, sunbeds, jasmine, lavender, and other flowers. The terrace offers a magnificent view, especially at sunrise. The owner is polite, helpful, and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. There is also a parking space next to the house. Tavernas and a supermarket are nearby, and the city center is about a 15-minute walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

If we had to mention something, it would be that from the bedrooms you can sometimes hear traffic noise. However, it wasn’t a problem for us and didn’t disturb our stay.

it's a well furnished flat in an idyllic location along a 2 lane coastal road.. Two terraces to enjoy sunrise over the water. A 5 minute walk to 4 tavernas to choose from on a picturesque harbor with a full size supermarket (confusingly called "mini market"). 18 minute walk to downtown Kavala/aqueduct along the sea - good sidewalk. One thing to know: the parking spot is next to the villa and fits one car. You need to know the location to be able to quickly pull in. But the owner will send you a picture of it. He is very responsive and will meet you to show you in.

working the room heating units was a little tricky

The Caldera Premium Villa became my sanctuary for a few days. What a wonderful place this is! I didn't want to leave! I had everything that could be needed and this everything had a very classy feel.

Our stay at Stafis' vacation rental was absolutely wonderful! The house was super clean upon arrival, and Stafis was always reachable, warm-hearted, and friendly. Everything worked smoothly from pickup to handover. Thank you for your hospitality! We hope our fate leads us back to Kacals again soon.

In the past few days, the hot water system in the shower hasn't been working as well as expected, but our host promptly attempted to fix it as soon as possible.

The location of the villa is excelent, by the sea. The view from the terrace is amazing, offers you great sunrises and you can even see the dolphins. The villa has a little garden where you can catch some sun during the day and the nature lovers can relax. One of the big pros for the villa is the private parking spot. Our host, Efstathios, was very friendly and gave us a lot of advice about where to eat and activities to do. He was also very patient with us and offered his help whenever we needed him.

Great location! Right on the ocean with a great view and within walking distance of some really good restaurants!

A second key in a lock box outside wouldn’t be a bad idea. It’s easy to lock yourself out. Thankfully we had other people with us.

The house looks even better than the pictures if you can imagine, everything is perfectly clean, fully equipped, you can find everything you need! The view from the balcony is immaculate ( it was our favourite place from the house :) )
