Eden Roc

The property is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Bertand and his wife were amazing hosts! Very considerate and proactive , they did not hesitate to answer our questions and offer solutions that were genuinely not their responsibility. Our trip was late September and pool isn’t heated so we didn’t do much swimming. Pre-book your transportation if you aren’t renting a car so you don’t miss your reservations.

The owner is a nice guy and makes it very easy to love the house. the view is amazing!

It was a pleasure at Eden Roc. The house and the furniture, the view with pool and garden - everything was excellent. Thank you for our short but great stay - see u next time :-)

This house is fabulous and really spacious. The location, close to Palma and the highway, the amazing view and the high-end furnishings and appliances make this a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Bertrand was super helpful with everything and totally accommodating so that we felt at home right away. Merci bcp., Bertrand

The view was exceptional. The pool was great. Outdoor area was great.

We arrived to cigarettes left in an ashtray and a full dishwasher that needed to be emptied. Their personal items were everywhere. The aircon stopped working on a couple of occasions. The upstairs toilet didn’t flush on one occasion. They fixed it in the end but there was a awful smell in the bathroom. The owner of the property walked in unannounced into the bedroom whilst we were sleeping, wanting their passports. The gardeners turned up unannounced at 8am making a hell of a noise. The pool wasn’t available as the gardeners informed us they had put chlorine in the pool. There was no gym except a running machine which was a hazard as it kept jolting. The insinkerator stopped working and the lady advised that the last owners didn’t look after the property well. No duvets just thin sheets. We had advised the owner months before our trip that we would be arriving one day earlier and if it was ok to stay a day earlier (of course we would have paid the difference) and he confirmed that was fine. On the day of our flight from Australia he advised it wasn’t available which wasn’t ideal. There are no taxis at all!!! He recommended someone to us but they didn’t answer their phone. The spa wasn’t working. There were no chalk for the pool table cues. Cabinets were broken downstairs in the games room. I noticed 3 cameras. 2 inside which I wasn’t happy about and one outside by the pool. You also had to take your trash on a 2 minute drive to the bin. I was disappointed. I’ve stayed in cheaper property and it was ten times better than this.
