Needs better comfortable seating by the pool

The size and locations are perfect for our small company gathering. The sraffs were helpful and supportive during our stay at the property.

There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Rooms were big. Pool was beautiful and very clean. The property manager was available at anytime we needed and the lovely cleaners came daily. Air conditioning in every room. Our family had an amazing time at this property.

there wasn’t anything we did not like maybe more so suggestions like the linen being white towels and sheets needed to be changed daily because they were white. needs a larger bin in the kitchen. we also were unable to use the oven because it was as not hooked up.

Pool, bedroom space upstairs and the main bedroom downstairs.

There was a terrible odour in the house from the moment we walked in. The mirrors in all the bedrooms are placed too high so none of us could use them. We notified the manager we would arrive between 1-2 and were late 2.30pm and the cleaners were only half way through their clean. Coffee pods were not refilled on day two so we were left with one coffee pod for 5 people. Although the villa may actually be in "the heart of Seminyak" that quote is misleading as it is a long way from the shops and quite inaccessible as footpaths are poor (for walking) and there are no bridges to get across to make the walk to the beach and shops.

The villa was lovely. Great for 2 families with 5 bedrooms.

The location wasn’t the best. No breakfast included was disappointing. There were rats, mozzies and bedbugs. Rain leaked and part of the ceiling fell in.
