The location was superb

The cleaning definitely needs a little more attention and we had to fix the shower head in the en-suite. It was completely down and clearly broken. I would have thought a cleaner or maintenance check would have picked that up. The dishwasher was also tricky to start it kept turning off. It may need some cleaning and maintenance. There was nothing to light the BBQ with or nothing appropriate to clean it. We had to go and purchase all this to use it.

The location and space was amazing.

The property needs wifi, has the capabilities with tv’s need wifi for work, and service.. the one thing we were only disappointed about. Lovely otherwise.

The property was in a really good location.

Some of the facilities need updating, lucky it wasn’t hot as there is no aircon, the oven is t really an oven for a 3brm unit, bbq was dangerous to light and the couch needs to be clean- it had a funky smell.

We as a group were in the end very disappointed from this rental and also with HolidayCoffsCoast, the agent. We should have been warned after the agent deducted within 2weeks of booking via booking.com, not just the indicated prepayment, but took in a 2nd transaction the complete payment. That was 5.5month before it should have happened. At time of our booking, booking.com had not indicated we would actually deal with holidayscoffscoast. Now they do. Please, go on google and check their reviews before dealing with them. The payment was the first disappointment. We were told at that time, it happened by mistake. Now, after having stayed in one of their accommodation/property, which is managed by the door-to-door real estate agent, I do not believe such a mistake. The house we had is in a perfect spot for a beach holiday, but the quality of the house inside is worrying. The house was not cleaned, e.g. toothpaste on taps, rusty bed frames, dirty mattress protectors, dirty dishes, dirty windows, dirty and mouldy window frames. Mould is a health hazard. Sleeping in a mould infested bedroom, does not let one feel comfortable, especially when in the process of recovering from cancer. The house has a moisture problem from top to toe. Thinking of toddlers or unbalanced human beings, one part of their staircase is a fall hazard. Please see also reviews in google. There are more than one house with this agent with the same problem. One can wonder about the real estate behind the scenes. Have they knowledge about the situation or have they some guidance in the whole scheme? Well, it is to our own assumption. Previous renter have complained. So far, the housekeeping team has not picked up their game. I would not book again and never, if known, use holidayscoffscoast again and I will never buy a home with that real estate agent.

Wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Had to rewash all the plates and cutlery, they still had food on them. This place has not been cleaned in some time as there were con webs and spiders all over the place. If it had a little bit of love put into it, it would be a great place. Just looking a little run down atm

Didn’t seem to have had any maintenance work done for quite some time, balcony needed a good clean, tiled floor inside was dirty and the railing on the stairs leading up to the living area stopped short before the end of the stairs which would be very dangerous for young children. However we appreciated the early check in and perhaps that was why the floors and balcony hadn’t been cleaned.
