Villas de Taurito

Very nice villa! We enjoyed our stay there. It's exactly the same as in the picture. Villa is in the middle of the botanical garden. The staff are amazing. Thank you.

The kitchen needs to be improved with new cooking appliances. The bedding it was to used should be in better condition. In the evening, it was nosy from the football players.

The property was nice and it is in a nice location.

The reception is open from 10:00 am to 18:00 and if you have the flight early in the morning you can loose the deposit which is just cash. They didn’t informed us that is no one in the morning and you cannot check out and we were about to lose our flight because we had to wait the receptionist. More than that she was very rude when I said that they had to informed us that we could not check out before 10:00 and telling us that we had to go a day before to tell them the time we leave without leaving us a message or a call to explain us.

It was very clean on arrival, the villa had everything we needed and it’s in a wonderful location. Parking was excellent and when we asked for extra towels and a shower door needed repair it was done within an hour.

One door was difficult to open and there were no channels on the TV

Comfortable villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living room and garden. The villa was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and warm. The free access to the water park was a big plus for kids. The location is quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.

There were some issues getting hot water in the bathroom and one of the exterior doors was very hard to lock. These issues should be fixed Also the location in Taurito is a bit isolated and the access road to Puerto Mogan is blocked, it takes almost 20 minutes to get there by car. This is not the hotel's fault though.

Villa was fantastic, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything was clean and modern, the location is perfect and the garden was simply perfect.

Lots to do for the children, pool is great for little ones.

It was a bit dirty and run down, the property is in the middle of the minature golf course and there are literally people the other side of the bedroom windows playing golf!!! The bowling alley is outside another of the bedroom windows so you can hear bowling (as if you’re in the alley until about 10/11pm at night). Fine if you’re wanting to be in the action but we had young children so wasn’t very suitable and didn’t think the description made this clear enough.
