Puri Samaira

Excellent pool which we needed for our recovery post hike of Mt Rinjani. Accoo was very helpful and nothing was ever too hard to ask of the staff when we needed assistance. The rooms were spacious (master is opposite the pool with a stone bath in the ensuite; large living area and kitchen adjoining 2 rear bedrooms, one with another ensuite), and the outdoor living areas were comfortable.

Traffic noise and a little away from any shops or food but we knew this from previous reviews.

Big beautiful property good security great staff who try very hard

Breakfast need to improve with some training for the staff, and just some attention to detail would make this a 9 out of 10 We also had some sort of animal running around in the ceiling some night which can be expected sometime but this one was a bit annoying

The staff is so helpfull and quick respon when we have problem in villa. The location is good, in the Tanjung city, near bangsal harbour that can connect you to 3 Gili and Bali. It’s also near zoo, golf club, and Sire beach. Floating breakfast service is also good .

There’re some mulfunction of water heater and water exit. But its solved, thanks for the that staff have a quick respon to fix it

The property was in excellent conditions. Additionally, Accoo, the Hotel Manager, has provided us an outstanding service during our stay. We would like to thank him for his kind support.

We've had a wonderful stay in Puri Samaira. Accoo has been extremely helpful and friendly. He's always been very attentive and supportive with whatever we've needed. He added us to whatsapp and this has been a very effective channel to communicate. He brought us food to the room, arranged an excursion to Gili islands, rented scooter and drove us to the airport, among others. The place is clean and confortable, with an amazing swimming pool with waterfall. Nearby, there are a couple of beach bar/restaurants to enjoy the sunset at the beach and spend a very good time: Yomancafé (so tasty fish!) and Sira beach bar, both with wonderful music and chill environment.

Nice house with a lot of space and a swimming pole. The master bedroom is very nice. The other bedroom is ok. Good breakfast.

The location is not good. Situated at a busy road with a lot of noise. To get to a restaurant you will need a very expensive taxi (200k, Grab is not working). And there is not a lot of restaurants to choice from. We can’t recommend this accomodation.
