The on-site team were responsive and helpful. The food was good, but expensive for what you get. The villa space itself is large, but that's about it in terms of positives.

I don’t normally write reviews, but here it goes. I really didn’t enjoy this place. I arrived - immediately the outdoor area of the villa is open and very hot. Doesn't look at all like the photos. I went into the bedroom and there were lots of ants in the bed. After back and forth on whether this was possible and spraying ant spray, I had to move to another villa. The indoor space (bedroom) in the villa itself is small, old and not very clean. Outside of the villa, the private beach is nice, but there is surprisingly lots of rubbish in the sea. The bathroom is outdoors and the plants there don’t help - every time I showered or used the bathroom, I got 5-6 mosquito bites. After 1-2 days, I was in serious pain. On day 3, I asked to use one of the other villa's bathroom just to shower without getting even more bites. The living room area is outdoor too. So either you get bitten (even with repellent spray on) or you sit in the bedroom with the mosquito nets. Or you leave the villa. In the end, I left on day 4 (3 days early) to go stay somewhere else. The management team refused to give a refund on the stay. It was still not worth staying for, which is insanely expensive at a personal to think about, but it's the reality of staying at this place and dealing with the management team. Overall, it’s very expensive for what you get - the place is big, dirty, old and isolated. It's 100% not worth the money and not enjoyable at all to stay here. It's a place that is trying to be premium in terms of price and photos, but definitely isn't. The on-site team are great - attentive and helpful. The bigger problems lie beyond this. Do not recommend.

Beautifully decorated villa, spacious with a lot of privacy , amazing staff always smiling and welcoming, very helpful . Private pool in few of them and beachfront. Calm clean Sira beach next to the property. Delicious breakfast and dishes prepared à la carte. You really are in heaven while staying in Beach Villas. We stayed for 8 days and we only wanted more.

Superbe villa, spacieuse, au calme et décorée avec goût. Le personnel est formidable, toujours disponible et vraiment au petit soin. Nous y reviendrons sûrement si nous passons à Lombok

Un peu éloigné des restaurants sinon rien

Super nettes Personal. Iri hat sich super bemüht und wir hatten tolle Gespräche. Der Strand is super und auf der anderen Seite is man gleich bei netten Bistros und Strand Bars.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. The beachfront was clean and beautiful, and having snorkeling gear and kayaks available was a huge plus. The area is peaceful as well, with very few tourists, which made the stay even more relaxing.

Unfortunately we we’re far by foot from the main road so we had to take transportation anytime we wanted to go out to eat.

Le personnel a été fantastique et c est le cas de le dire au petit soin avec moi , car j ai été malade et ils n ont pas hésite a aller a la pharmacie pour moi sans contrepartie. Nous avions pris la villa la moins cher au vu de notre budget mais c était très agréable. Nous avons pu visiter une des villas sur la plage, elle sont vraiment belles.

Nous avons trouvé les tarifs, malgré la remise, des repas boissons et laundry assez cher , j'imagine que pour la clientèle des villas sur la plage, les prix sont + adaptés que pour les budget des personnes qui occupent la villa que nous avons pris. - les moustiques mais avec les produits à dispo et la fumigation c est moins penible.
