The location. The beach lies five minutes down the hill from the house. It has some afternoon sun and you could see part of the sunset from the terrace. I think the rooftop terrace was actually the highlight.

The property is smaller than it appears on the photos but it was good enough for a family of three. The facilities are not as fresh as they look in the picture or they could be. They are maintained okay but could be better. There is a lot of humidity in the area and there is a mould smell when we arrived, it went away for a couple of days of keeping doors and windows open.
