There were more stairs than I expected but would be no problem for most people.

Ngaire was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was amazingly quiet providing a restful nights sleep. Handy to everything we needed and came to town to do. Quite a unique stay and we are very glad we did.Memorable stay, in a good way.

Bathroom is functional, but a bit small and will need some love soon.

Great location to visit Ponsonby n the city being closeby. Lovely hostess. We stayed for 5 nights but taken out daily by daughter.

3 flights of stairs,1st to go into villa n 2 sets to bedroom n bathroom,not for aging senior citizens like us.! No living room or lounge to relax.

"Quirky and memorable stay with a fascinating host."

The host was friendly and we enjoyed her telling us about her fascinating life. We liked the quirkiness of this accommodation but it won't be for everyone. Being so close to the trendy street of restaurants.
