The Nook Holiday Cottage

A home from home feel. Adored the cosy touches, as a family of 5 and 2 dogs the property suited us for the space. Ideal location for aviemore and the Cairngorms

The garden was enclosed for dog and toddler. Kitchen was well equipped. Don’t use a lot but TVs in bedroom gave us time away for each other if needed.

There really wasn’t anything to complain about but if I was being picky I would say the following would enhance the property even further: - a more secure side gate - a blind to the bathroom window - blinds to front window But as I say a very high standard of accommodation is on offer here and we would definitely return if we revisited the area.

I liked the coffee machine.

Would have preferred a walk in shower.

Clean, comfortable. Great facilities, first cottage we've stayed in that had TV's in all the bedrooms! 2 minute walk to shops, good sized enclosed garden for dogs. 2 bikes for our use.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. If anything maybe a hook or towel ring in the WC as there was nowhere to hang a towel for drying your hands.

Everything is perfect in The Nook. We had a little problem with the heating the first night, a quick text exchange with the owners and it was sorted out. We can’t fault this smashing house. Immaculately clean, perfectly equipped, great location, huge fully enclosed garden, safe for dogs and kids, with woods on 2 sides, very quiet and peaceful, woke up to lovely birdsong every morning. We’ll definitely stay again.

Absolutely nothing!

Very clean and comfortable and well equipped with everything you needed. Great location and not far from centre of town for walking to and fro. Good walks in the area for dogs.
