Maple Villa - The Beach House by the bay

The accommodation was in a great location for our work purposes, clean and tidy.

Was little hard to arrange for deposit when they require cash from a business point of view, would recommend going with another property that everything is completed in Booking.com payment and deposit.

Enough space for 8 ppl. Spacious living area & kitchen Close to cafes & very nice & cozy.

Just needs a few updates inside the place like PowerPoints in the bedrooms don’t work.

Villa in a nice quiet location close to the waterfront, marina, and shops.

Minimal supplies, no fan or aircon in bunk room (asked host for a fan on check-in and wasn't provided), creaky doors, beds very soft, pool needs a good clean and loose tiles around the pool area, neighboring property looks over pool so no privacy, numerous large cockroaches found in the house.

Great location and view, quiet area, close to shops and foreshore for great walks. Lovely and clean and great living area.

Very poorly equipped kitchen. Very hard to cook for a family of 4 let alone a bigger group. Needs more cutlery, large saucepan for pasta or the like, large salad bowls, serving spoons/tongs at a minimum. No coffee making facilities, we bought a plunger. Pillows were so uncomfortable we all left with stiff necks. These things are all simple and cheap to rectify to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

Nice place to accommodate a group. Great location Great host.

Just an issue with privacy if you have a use the swimming pool.
