Haus liegt in einer sicheren Seitenstraße. Das Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück. Der Zugang zum Grundstück war durch ein elektrisches Tor gesichert. Hermanus und die umliegenden sehenswerten Orte waren leicht zu erreichen.

Location is a bit far from the old harbour where the majority of restaurants are
