Fantastic villa - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool and the pool area is wonderful. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and didn't really want to leave!

If you are a group of friends or a big family , it will be the best option for you. full equipped & fully furnished, very clean which is covered all what we need in our trip. ex: private heated pool, barbecue, Netflix , access to the beach …..etc we all enjoyed a lot , adults & kids . Highly recommended Special thanks to Mr. David.

This property was well above expectations for Egypt. The host, David, was very approachable and always readily available to answer any questions about the property or El Gouna in general. Whenever you bring up an issue he's ready to help you out or fix it himself. He also seems really keen to listen to feedback on his work which I really appreciate from a host. The property was very well priced, especially for larger groups of people such as families or friends, since it's a flat fee per night regardless of how many people you bring along with you. The villa itself and the entire location is superb. You get to get away from all the chaos of Egypt into a quiet little area, with security guards at each ends of the neighborhood--that are very friendly. You're also about 5 minutes away by Uber or TukTuk to El Gouna's downtown. I think this property is probably even better for people who have/rent their own car, as you can park it at the Villa. We didn't have that option, but it didn't stop us from getting around El Gouna. Most of the downtown area isn't accessible by Car either way, which makes it very nice and pedestrian friendly. I liked the general cleanliness of the villa, although some spots could have been better, overall it was very clean. The facilities were well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was great and had almost everything you could ask for. The villa itself is very well insulated for those who like to travel during winter! The pool was fantastic. Truly the highlight of the stay. It is very well located and very private. the pool cleaning staff arrive almost every morning to clean it and even open the pool cover for you if you ask David. Just be sure to communicate the night of the day you want to use the pool.

Generally speaking I enjoyed my stay. That being said, I am going to list a couple of things that could be improved on, ranging from the most to least important. This feedback is intended as constructive and is not indicative of a bad experience. 1. The kitchen could use an updated set of non-stick pans--the Teflon pans were very worn down which could be a health hazard. 2. Sockets; most rooms in the villa had a less-than-average amount of sockets. It would be nice if more power extenders were provided to make up for this, we were provided with just one. In the main bedroom, there were no bedside sockets. The only socket within reach of the bed was covered by the bed. 3. I was a bit puzzled to find that the property's built-in bidets didn't function, especially in Egypt where bidets are considered a must-have. The property did however have externally mounted hand-held bidets installed near every toilet, so it wasn't a big deal, but It would have been nicer if the built-in bidets worked. 4. The villa was over all very clean, but certain areas behind drawers or cupboards were not checked and were dirty. Additionally, we found the drying rack on the balcony to be rusted when we went to hang up our laundry, which I had to get rid of myself, being the clean freak that I am. But my standards of cleanliness are a bit on the high side, so that might be an issue unique to me. 5. If you ask David to send over staff to close the pool cover in the afternoon (past 2-3pm), it can be a hit or miss if the pool cleaning staff will show up. It wasn't that big of a deal, the pool cover was relatively easy to figure out and use yourself. 6. Some of the neighbors were a little bit loud while we were trying to sleep, but the villa was generally very well insulated and therefore the noise was never that bad.

Everything was more than perfect, villa is super clean and pool is well maintained we have access to the beach as well David was super helpful and answers in a timely manner
