We absolutely loved our stay! The location, view, facilities, and spacious rooms were all fantastic. A special thank you to Bassem for being a perfect host – he was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable!

A lot of maintenance upkeep needs to be done on this property. Many of the amenities listed are either not in the property or needs immediate attention as they are not working or are in very bad shape and needs to be replaced or fixed ASAP. One of our guests cut their feet on the edge of the pool, almost requiring stitches, another guest cut their ankle on a broken tile inside their shower. Almost all the showers do not drain properly so when you take a shower you are standing in ankle high water. Toilet seats in 2 of the bathrooms are broken and not secure. When we first checked in Diaa greeted us and quickly showed us around pointing out things that were broken which if he knew he should have fixed it before we arrived. The big storage fridge in the upstairs kitchen was one of the items he knew was broken but he said the other one was working in there and to just use that one. Unfortunately that was not the case as the doors on that fridge kept popping open and was not keeping the food cool and had to call Diaa that night we checked in to get a technician over to fix it. The technician was able to fix the bigger storage fridge that was initially broken in under an hour (but all week the freezer section wasn’t cold enough to make ice) and the one Diaa said to store food was out of service the whole week and we ended up having to throw food out that had spoiled in the trash. The main TV in living area was difficult to work and ended up having to call Diaa the next day to help resolve and his response once he got it up and running was just to keep it on for the duration and not to turn it off. The main entry door was hard to gain access into the property as every time we put passcode in it never opened. The signal of the WIFi does not reach the door but turned out just the batteries needed to be replaced. Again many of these issues falls on the property management not sufficiently maintaining maintenance or repairing items

Very good location. Big, very big bedrooms. Large living and garden Clean pool. It's worth the money they asked for.

A spacious villa with a private beach, swimming pool and a host of amenities is perfect for a family vacation or a large group vacation.

It's a place you can really call home, every corner is designed for your convenience. Rooms are very comfy with each room has a private bathroom, swimming pool is clean and spacious, kitchens are well equipped with everything you need from plates, cups, utensils, fraying pans, etc.. Everything, tool or device you would expect in your home is there, whatever your taste is you will find it here, engoying a quite beach, water activities, swimming, even staying within the comfort of your room with AC on and enjoying the ocean view. The whole villa is equipped with AC even the lobby not only the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay there and for sure it will not be our last

The ocean is rocky make sure you bring appropriate footwear Not much variety of restaurant and food, if you have a car it's not an issue as you can go anywhere in Hurghada.

Very clean,neat, and beautiful furniture Amazing sea view 😍 Thanks to Mr Bassem, you made our vacation very comfortable We loved the swings all over the place I liked your attention to the details in a family stay needs such:the soap for the washing machine and dishes.all the kitchen needs spices spoons, and everything is there Thanks, and sure, we will be back at our next vacation inshallah 🙏

The location is amazing and snorkeling close to the property is priceless. Mr Bassem Nassar made our trip easy and communicated well before the trip and addressed all issues immediately when we had questions.you may rent need to rent a car or you can walk at least 15 minutes I believe to reach the beach.
