Hurghada Sahl Hasheesh sea-view Villa with private pool

the Villa is very nice, Ibrahim met me at the villa when arrived, extremely polite, helpful and welcoming , i had few enquiries while there and Ibrahim helped me with all of them, the communication was outstanding throughout , from booking to leaving.

i think all was well , probably the detail cleaning could be better ,i think if cleaning service was offered it would be welcomed even at a bit extra cost, apart from that all was good.

The villa was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The private pool was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and support from the host Dr.Ahmed and property management team. Haytham and Ibrahim were always responsive, respectful, and ready to help, making our stay seamless from check-in to check-out.

The only challenge was beach access, which could be improved to make the overall experience even better. Other than that, we had no issues during our stay.

I loved the place, it’s very clean and exactly like the images. The staff are very helpful. You will find every thing you need there.

Очень старательный и вежливый хозяин, организовал бонусом трансфер из/в аэропорт, предоставил свежие фрукты и упаковку воды в подарок, решал все вопросы, давал рекомендации о ресторанах и лркациях, обеспечил скидку на пляже. Каждый день приходил садовник и чистильщик бассейна. Отличное местоположение - Сахль Хашиш намного круче Хургады. Очень понравилось - приедем ещё!

Были некоторые технические сложности, но команда хозяина решила их с честью и достоинством. Спасибо им!

アハメドさんは離れたアメリカにいるにも関わらず滞在中の私達を毎日気にかけてくれました。娘が体調を崩した時も食事のデリバリーを手配してくれました。 イブラヒムさんは身近で様々なお世話をしてくれました。 家も広くて贅沢な滞在を楽しみました。 景色も最高です。 洗濯機があるのは本当に助かりました。 外に干せば2時間で乾きます。フルーツ、水、飲み物はサービスでついてきます。 息子はここに住みたい帰りたくないと何度も言ってました。また是非是非滞在したいです。大家族には本当にオススメです。アハメドさん、イブラヒムさん心から感謝いたします。お世話になりました。

The welcoming attitude from the owner before even reaching Egypt.

1- The neighborhood is in works of construction so it was pretty noisy especially at morning time. 2- The villa wasn't well addressed as there is no villa number or name to find. We kept looping the area trying to find it for around an hour. 3- Nobody was there to guide us in. A poor guy got us in - seemingly a worker of the vicinity but I believe he is not-. 4- The main TV remote controller wasn't working, the kitchen AC's remote controller and the satellite receiver's remote controller as well. 5- We spent the first night without internet for the family, I couldn't reach anyone at all. Nobody came to check on us until around 10 pm. The one who came - a really friendly and well mannered man by the way-- explained himself with a very good excuse not worth mentioning but still a bad experience for a first night in the middle of nowhere for us as Travellers. 6-The swimming pool had some broken glass at the bottom which was clearly DANGEROUS especially for the kids to swim in. 7- Two lights of the main living room were flickering nonstop and they were connected to other light spots so we couldn't turn them off, it was pretty annoying. 8- The owner and his assistants promised a complimentary fruit, a case of family size bottles of water, tea bags, coffee and suger. It took ages to deliver and the bananas were so overripe, not appealing to try. 9- The exterior door can't be closed.

الي ما حبيته الصراحه ريحه المجاري الي طلع من الحمامات اعزكم الله و الاغراض الموجوده قديمه حبتين

المكان جميل جدا والفيلا خطيره نفس الصور واحسن كمان والبول نضيف ومهتمين جدا بالنضافه والاشخاص اللى اتعاملت معاهم محترمين جدا جدا
