Ocean View Villa Hotman Paris VII

Staff are kind but the place was not suitable for the price especially there was lot of damages and not safe to walk on the deck next to the pool. Remedial work is considered to attract more people

Place has so many insects The room bathroom mirror is damaged The ceiling is damaged The bed spring goes into the person back Oven, microwave stove etc is dirty and old No breakfast is provided No shops were nearby Taxi always get lost There are a lot of more problems and staff don't answer the phone call to locate the place and they responed very delayed via chat. The villa photos on booking is fake as in reality the place is not that clean and new, it's dirty. New photos need to be taken so it won't trick ppl.

The staffs and helpers are all friendly

The water broke down in the middle of the night , so we didn't have water for several hours. And so with air conditioner in one of the room wasn't working properly. The staffs were very helpful though and very friendly, but the manager seemed to be hiding and so the contact number provided was difficult to be reached.
