Rezidence Castello

Pool was great, though we didn't use very much. Location was OK. If you are not mobile, you need a vehicle if you did not want to walk the 45 minutes into Korcula. You had to walk to Korcula to hire a scooter or bike. However, we did enjoy the scenic return walk to Korcula. Also great 2 hour walk to Rascice but didn't realise that the buses don't run in the weekend! Walked and hitch-hiked back without a problem. Bed was comfortable. Hosts very kindly picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off when we left. Great outdoor balcony to eat and for wonderful views. Cool beach bar within 6 minute's walk.

Bath was clean, but no bath plug. You had to sit in the bath to use the handheld shower piece as there was no shower curtain. However put a plastic bag in the plug and was happy! Kitchen adequate. No tea towels so drip dried dishes. No oven cloth. Blender too dirty to use. No toaster or oven racks, so stacked pans on top of each other to use the grill.
