The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. The facilities were great - we didn't miss a thing. The sunset from the terrace was amazing. Fofi was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in and around Zia / Kos. It was a very short walk into Zia which had plenty of restaurants & bars. We had a hire car and there was plenty of parking, and it was easy to get everywhere on the island from the location.

Thank you Fofi, you are the perfect host and the apartments are beautiful! Lots of lovely small touches like the welcome gift and coffee machine. We enjoyed a wonderful week at Anamnezia Luxury Suites and would highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Kos. The town of Zia is a 5 minute walk away if you fancy eating out and the kitchen is perfect if you’d like to cook in. Short drive to the beach and Kos Town also is a short drive away. The meals on our balcony looking out to the sea were a highlight and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Highly recommend a car and there’s plenty of parking. We hope to come back!!

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect!

The location was perfect for us we loved every second of our stay.

Honestly we cannot fault anything. Everything was just perfect:).

The views, the sunsets (will literally take your breathe away!), the attentiveness of the property host, the super stylish interior and exterior, it really is a beautiful place to be. As other reviewers have mentioned apartments are walking distance to Zia, a beautiful little village that comes alive in the evening and has a good choice of tavernas/cafes/restaurants. Worth mentioning that we stayed for 4 nights before moving on to other areas, we didn’t hire a car and managed fine eating out in the village, however if you want to cater in, probably would need a car to make a supermarket trip as taxis are fairly expensive. Also the mini market in the village has limited fresh ingredients e.g no fruit, veg, meat, cheeses etc.

This was the perfect getaway in Kos. I really enjoyed Kos town, driving around the island and visiting its beaches but was always happy to leave and head up in to the mtns to find my peace and quiet after a long day. Very close to the mtn. town of Zia but again, away from all the tourists and buses going there and with more breathtaking views, I think. Loved watching the sun set from my balcony nightly. Waking up to the distant sounds of chickens, turkeys, sheep and beautiful bird songs was so relaxing. Fofi is the perfect host, very responsive and kind. It’s the little things she’s does while you stay there that sets her apart though. Dropping off fresh gardenias and freshly picked apricots in our rooms, ensuring I had everything I needed while there. The place is situated beautifully amongst old bldg. ruins and designed to integrate aesthetically into the landscape all around. One of the most beautiful uses of this I’ve seen done this way. Rent a small car and come up this way. You won’t be disappointed!

The location of the hotel was amazing. It’s style and design was perfect. Room was so clean and nice. You can have breakfast at your balcony. Fofi was so helpful and she answered all of my questions kindly. Thanks for everything again and thanks for the beautiful place.

Gorgeous new build among ruins and nature with a fabulous view to the sea. Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

Last stretch of access road is one lane with few pull -over options. Do as the Greeks do - honk and hope/prey.
