Casa Dell Artista with private jacuzzi

First of all, the location was right at the center, close to everywhere. Check-in was super easy and because there were no other bookings before or right after us, we could check-in quite early and leave later. The owner welcomed us in a very friendly way and with free stuff too(wine, water, sweet baked goods..)!! She gave us good tips about Kos. In the house everything was very well thought. The house was spotless clean. It was even more beautiful than the photos. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot...

Nothing. Some nights you hear live music coming, but it is not a loud annoying music and they don't continue till very late at night.

The location, the space, the wifi, the beds

Beautiful house, so much bigger than it looks in the pictures! The hot tub on the roof is wonderful, location fantastic, it was clean, came with snacks, super comfy beds, lovely interior design too.

The hot tub did occasionally trip the electrics but I imagine this will be resolved

Beautiful house! Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, private bathroom with shower and terrace. There's a big rooftop terrace on top with sunbeds and a big jacuzzi for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Lots of towels for your stay so you don't have to ask the host for more. The area is great. Just next to the beach with lots of beach bars with free sunbeds. Walking distance to the town center, while the area is also surrounded with good restaurants and pubs. Honestly, I wish I owned this house. I would just move right in for a few years and enjoy Kos.

I wish we could have stayed a week!

we chose this property as two couples for three reasons- location, 2.5 bathrooms and the hot tub. We were not disappointed!! Ut gave us a cottage vibe, like it was a family’s second home, which we loved. Everything was great and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thank you!! 💜

Nothing not to like!

Wonderful accommodation. Great communication and everything you could want in accommodation was available. Greeted at Townhouse by host, lovely welcome treats (wine, cheese, crackers etc...) all the comforts of home away from home. Location couldn't have been better. Helped arranged transport to airport on departure. Just had a wonderful time.

wished we could stay longer

The location was fabulous, 2 mins walk from the beach but still close to the city center, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities.

this property is amazing! I personally didn’t see another in the old town I would rather have stayed in. the interior decor is beautiful and there are all the amenities available for the most comfortable stay possible. having the roof terrace and hot tub was a dream come true for a girl’s trip. The Le Ca.bé staff were so helpful and on-hand for anything we needed too, excellent service thank you! The only downside was leaving at the end of the week!

I have nothing negative to post about this property - it was amazing
