"Better than the pictures. What you see is what you get and more"

It was beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect.

We were 6 guests and the only thing that was a minor discomfort was that there was only one bathroom to share. Except that, everything was better than a 5 star hotel. The owner was very nice and a major help.

The property is spotless and the pool and garden area perfect. Was an excellent choice for our group of 4, very spacious but also cosy at the same time. Demetris is extremely helpful with anything you need and had great suggestions for beaches and restaurants in the area. Bruno the cat was also super friendly! Bravo on an amazing accommodation villa unit.

"Very nice choice for a group of 5-6 persons."

Modern and well renovated spacy apartment. Clean and quiet. All the necessary facilities are included in the property. Value for money choice in a destination near to the city of Rhodes and only half an hour of all the basic beaches of the island Tsambika - Lindos etc.

Only one comment , the apartment needs a second Bathroom to accommodate more than 5 people

"A nice gem close to Rhodes town"

Location is very well situated inside Koskinou village which is a short drive from Rhodes town and close by to some good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and other services you need. The property owner, Dimitris, is very polite and courteous , and helpful if something is needed . The Vila is equipped with anything you need, and the pool was definitely a great feature. Our stay was perfect.
