The peace and quiet

No fly wires on the windows and no warning about dri nuking water

We were given a basket for breakfast the first morning of our stay, included was homemade bread, jam, vegemite, cereal, butter and a full litre of fresh milk in the fridge so were very happy with that. The cottage doesn't look much from the outside but is really nice inside, a cosy friendly place to stay with airconditioning. It might be a bit squeezy for four people but ideal for two. Nice little garden out the front and views through to the paddocks. Close enough to Launceston but still in the country. Highly recommended.

We really can't think of anything we didn't like. Perhaps the fact that there are no screens on the windows to keep out flies etc.

Very pretty countryside, well appointed cottage, quiet, very comfortable beds and couch. Loved the farm animals. Was the perfect place to rest and read a book.

Breakfast was sufficient and the freshly cooked bread was mouth watering. The cottage was warm, spacious and equipped beyond what was necessary. The lounge area was comfortable and a lovely rural view was to be seen from the window. A most relaxing holiday cottage.

As an older person who uses a walking stick, and has vision issues the two steps down from the kitchen and bedroom areas were a bit of a hazard. Maybe a grab rail could be installed.

very clean property and well equipped kitchen. Great Shower. Hosts were very nice too.

would have liked a kitchen storage cupboard for my groceries.

Location was beautiful, neat little cottage.

Breakfast was what we wanted. Liked the cleanliness and quiet location.

It would have been important to have flyscreens on at least two windows. It was hot and we couldn’t open the windows at night because of flies and mosquitoes. And we didn’t want to use the air conditioner. It would have been great to have reading lamps in the bedrooms rather than only overhead lighting.
