House was clean and modern.

The A/C has a timer. YES a timer only works for 120 minutes until shoot off. This is misleading. Also Heated Pool?? Yes you have to pay extra for this service.

Having a private pool and quiet neighbourhood; Also Maria was really helpful and welcoming. The facilities in the villa were really good too.

The cleanliness in some areas was not upto standard and some of the items were missing from the kitchen; Maria replenished any missing items though next day as soon as she could.
