Josh's House Mondello

The host is amazing, very helpful and the location is close to the beach and city center.

The only downside to that location is the noise. Being at a main street, you can hear all the noise and music from cars because the windows are very old and thin. If you’re a light sleeper I don’t recommend it without earplugs, if not, is a great location.

Very spacious and clean. Lovely outside space. Very accessible for Mondello square . I would stay there again. Josh was very accommodating. He couldn’t do enough for us.

The seating was low. I am a wheelchair user. The shower was lovely but a bit dangerous because it was slippery. I couldn’t access the kitchen because the table was in the way.

Warm welcome from host who is very friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Close to piazza and beach.

One of the bed's mattress is very hard and difficult to sleep on. A little noisy at night with cars driving by blaring music.

Very clean and beautiful furnishing. Bathroom and facilities were great. Koch and his wife are super welcoming and nice! Excellent location! Thank you very much!

Excellent outdoor facilities. Parking was a big plus. Close to everything including the beach.

I liked the convenient position. Close to beach shops and restaurants The place was spotless And very charming a blend of modern and authentic Sicilian I loved the decor Josh was easy to contact and tried to accommodate any requests The garden was lovely to sit in

I did not like the hard beds very rough towels and the front bedroom was impossible to sleep in due to constant noise of motorists and people until 2am The window really needs to be replaced with some double glazing this may help And having air conditioner only in that 1 bedroom could be annoying as the rest of the house would be hot in summer Also the small room is too small for a double bed I would suggest a single so you have space to move

The property is very well located within a few blocks from restaurants. The house is absolutely beautiful! The vibe of the house and the small details and decoration makes you feel right at home. Very spacious and welcoming. The hosts are the best! They even gave us lemons from their lemon tree.

Spacious property which is well renovated and has every thing you need for a pleasurable stay. The property is also well located in the centre of Mondello with cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was very clean. Josh is a great host and overall good person.

It can get noisy over weekends due to motorbikes being a common mode of transport, however, it is reasonably expected given its central location.

The location is amazing. 2 mins to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful town. We had a lovely new years break. The apt has everything you need.Hearing included as we stayed in Dec. The owner was very helpful. Left us some tangerines and water and juice. Gave us lemons from.his garden and even helped us take our dog to the vet. In summer this would be a perfect vacation desrination, with the use of the big garden /table and chairs that are available.

The only small thing. The single pane windows allow a lot of noise from the street traffic and neighbours at night/morning. Something to be mindful of but you do get used to it. Also, microwave would be helpful. But all in all all was great.
