View, food, staff. The Manager Mr Hemant was very polite and helpful. He made sure everything we needed was provided on time and precisely!

As the name suggests, it's location is secluded. Cottages are beautiful and very spacious . If you want stay in isolation from the hustle of the cities, it's the place.

They are located alomst 1:30 hr . drive uphill. And there is no recreational activities to keep the guest engaged. Even for a bonfire, you have to pay extra charges. They are overly priced according to the location and facilities. You will get much better hotels in half the price in bhimtal or near by areas.

Escaping from the city life, a stay here was extremely refreshing. Visible constellations with a bonfire, we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from our rooms!!!

Location is very good, compared to other properties in the area. There is one adjacent property which appeared to be a notch above Seclude. The rooms are bright, fairly spacious and cheerful (the wooden structure is possibly the reason for that). The staff is very very nice. They are prompt and helpful. Special mention for Sachin !!

Bathroom ventilation could be a little better - maybe a more powerful exhaust fan. The large glass window, while offering a great view, has privacy issues - guests/staff walking down the passages can easily see into the room (we stayed in "Ladybird"). A frosting panel/sheet on the bottom 18 inches of the glass would take care of the privacy issues without affecting the "view". Each cottage in the property has a different position and therefore a different view. Some offer great views and privacy and a cut-off balcony, some don't. There is no way of knowing this or selecting one over the other while booking. It's more like your luck - you may end up getting the best cottage, or one of the other "not so great" ones.
