The pool area was well equipped with enough sun loungers.

The internal fixtures and fitting were very dated and tatty. There was no welcome pack or even a bottle of water for our arrival. The kitchen was not well equipped, we had to buy our own serving bowls. There were no plastic plates/glasses/bowls for outdoor use or for children. The hot tub was not usable during our stay. There was little to no local information or recommendations in the villa. Just a general lack of attention to detail. We had no maid service all week so towels were not replaced and we had to buy our own bin bags to empty the toilet bins. The floor around the pool and the internal tiles were very slippy when walked on either side wet feet, my grand daughter had several falls, luckily none too serious.

Good location

1. Ant Infestation • On arrival, we discovered the entire ground floor infested with ants, including in the kitchen on the worktops. • Ants are also present upstairs, including in the beds. This has caused issues, including multiple bites suffered by my father and sister - generally there is a wider issue: I know you provided ant spray but they are constantly invading the villa due to holes I believe near doors. 2. Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues • The villa was not properly cleaned: cobwebs on ceilings, dirt under beds, filthy throws on the sofa (I had to wash one myself). The sofa is totally stained under the throws which is presumably why there’s throws on them. • The outside shower does not work. • The netting on the sliding door from the kitchen to outside is broken • The sink in the kitchen leaks badly on one side, forcing us to only use the other side. • No shower curtains in any bathrooms, meaning the floors flood each time they are used. Which in turn caused us a lot of work in washing and hanging out towels • No holder for the bath shower head in ground floor bedroom - the tap also doesn’t work to fill the bath up so you have to hold the shower over the bath to fill up the bath which is very annoying!! 3. Pool, Hot Tub & Outdoor Areas • The pool has a leak (confirmed by the pool maintenance person). It also appears just generally dirty yellow/green stains - haven’t seen other pools look like that • The hot tub was filthy and, after being refilled, malfunctioned—jets turned on by themselves, spraying water over the outdoor dining area. The pool man confirmed this is due to a fault with the jets as you’re unable to move them unless with a screw driver. This was resolved after he visited again • The BBQ area is in a very poor state: utensils left dirty and rusted, unsafe and unusable. • The cabana-style beds have no covers, despite being advertised as such.

The outside area was beautiful and exactly what we wanted to spend time with our family. The pool is fantastic and the area around it is even better. It was a 10 euro taxi into Pefkos or you could walk the hill for 15mins. Lindos is the same price so between four is very cheap and good location with lots of restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you for our stay I would definitely book again.

The kitchen area could have been updated ie cupboards and a bit more space but was more than adequate for making snacks and breakfast. We got a taxi into pefkos for food on the evening and this was cheap for a family of ten around 160-240 euros with drinks. The only downfall is the showers that could be updated as they are not very good and the area is small with know shower curtain. The bathrooms were soaking into the bedroom when we showered. This seems to be a common theme in Greece with it being the same everywhere we have stayed.

Lovely villa! So nice and modern, 4 lovely bedrooms, good kitchen, 3 bathrooms and giant pool!! Pictures don’t do this villa justice it is so stunning.

Would recommend to rent a car if you are staying here, as the walk up the hill can be hard in the heat- however pefkos taxis are happy to pick you up and you can always stop one that is driving past- as there usually will be!
