It was clean and comfy when we first arrived. Facilities are all in good condition.

The pool's motor was broken and affects the cleaning process. Told the staffs about it and they came to clean the pool up to 20% then left.When they were cleaning the pool, they left the water running and cause the pool's water to be overflow. Then they left us with dirty water inside the pool through our stays.(I provide some photo of the pool's water condition). It was very unpleasant and cause one of my family member skin allergy due the dirty water. Please fix the motor. Other than that everything else seems fine to us.
