هكتب بالعربي علشان اعبر افضل الڤيلا او الشاليه اكتر من رائع وفعلا فالحقيقه في حاجات اكتر من الصور كل حاجه تتخيلها ونفسك سواء كبير فالسن او شاب او طفل هتلاقيها متوفر من العاب ترفيهيه ل مطبخ كامل 100٪؜ بجميع الاجهزه والادوات حتى التوابل حتى كاندي وشوكليت للاطفال كتيير الغرف والريسبشن والحمامات نضافه فوق الخيال والتكيفات والشاشات والانترنت والحمامات كله يعمل بكفاءه جدااا الفرش والمراتب والاثاث اكتر من رائع والزوق العام في تجهيزات الفيلا من اثاث ل انتيك ل اكسسوار ل زرع ضل رائع جداا وفيه لمسات الجنوب والتاريخ الجميله بالنسبه اللاند سكيب الخارجي فعلا الزرع نفسه ممكن يتكلم عن الاهتمام الرائع بيه ومساحه لاند سكيب كبيره وحمام السباحه كويس ومزود بالعاب ترفيهيه للاطفال وفي باركينج داخل الفيلا لسياره واحده والمكان في خصوصيه جدا وغير مكشوف لاي مباني اخري بجد الفيلا لا ينقصها اي شئ وقمه فالروعه والجمال والاسترخاء وبالنسبه بقى للمضيف مستر مومو او اللي معاه الكلام مش هيوفيهم حسن استقبالهم وضيافتهم واهتمامهم بادق التفاصيل وحسن مساعدتهم وتنظيمهم لرحلات واي شئ تحتاجه باقل اقل اقل الاسعار فعلا بيعملوها خدمه كانك من اهل البلد وده طبع وتقاليد ناس الاقصر احسن ناس في الكوكب ملحوظه انا نسيت شئ غالي جدا ماديا وغالي معنويا فالڤيلا واتصل بيا مستر محمد ( مومو ) تاني يوم وبعتهولي بعربيه مخصوص مسافه بعيده ورفض تماما تماما ياخد اي مقابل ولا حتى العربيه اللي وصلت الحاجه شكرا استاذ محمد ( مومو ) بجد كل العيله اتبسطت والكل بيشكرك على حسن الاستضافه والكرم والاخلاق العاليه والامانه وان شاءالله هنجيلك تاني كتير اكيد🤍🌹

Me gusta todo de esta villa, es un sitio amplio con grandes cristaleras que da al jardín, la luz que entra durante todo el día es una maravilla.. Super limpia super equipada cómoda y muy muy bonita. La piscina también me gusta mucho, me he alojado muchas veces en esta villa y siempre es un sueño el poder volver. La ubicación de la villa espectacular a orillas del nilo muy cerca de los colosos de memnon y el valle de los reyes y reinas, hatshepshup etc... La relación calidad precio es buenísima!!! Una villa muy económica para todo lo que ofrece.

Everything was exactly how the photos represented. Momo took really good care of us arranged airport pickup and dropoff and let us check in at 9 am I would highly recommend this property.especially for the pool as the 40 degree heat means only a few hours in. The morning, the temperature is comfortable. Momo organized all the transport and falucca boat with flexibility on time. It was all made easy with no drama and high quality vehicles. If you are a good t haggling then you could save a little money by organizing everything yourself but in my opinion it is not worth the hassle.

There were only two rolls of toilet paper but no dramas as the store was a 1-minute walk away.

Amazing villa on the west coast of Nile. Spacious, clean with all amenities. The place provides calmness and perfect relaxation, if you are a family or a big group this is a must stay. The caretaker is helpful guy. Had a memorable stay.

Excellent location, wonderful house, airco, pool, everything well equipped and great host with the best personal service one could wish for.

If you want to have the absolute best stay in Luxor, you have to stay at Momo’s Rose Villa. We are a family with two girls aged 15 and 19 and we stayed at the villa for 3 nights. The villa itself is really amazing. Not only does it have a lot of space, it is also equipped with everything you need. It is very clean and has a lovely feel to it to walk on barefoot, which I like a lot. It has a beautiful garden with so many flowers and a really nice pool, equipped with sunbeds and a nice lawn to play on or lie in the sun. Even a lovely seat to drink your coffee early in the morning. A little present for the girls: Momo has a really sweet cat (Mimi) which had three little kittens at the time we had our stay. My girls named the kittens Ramses (red one because he was the most playful), Isis (black one, because Isis is the goddess of magic), Cleo (from Cleopatra because she was the most beautiful). Momo is a really terrific host, so very, very kind with this fantastic positive vibe we really loved. You can reach him any time of the day and he helps you with everything you need. He absolutely makes sure that you lack nothing. He even wants to take you on his sailing boat for a small price to see the sunset from the Nile. (Unfortunately, we missed that one because a sandstorm was announced). Even though the temple of Luxor is on the other side of the Nile, you can get there by boat in 5 minutes, which Momo arranges for you or he takes you himself. Rose Villa is, without a doubt, the best place to stay in this area if you do want to see and feel the real life of the Egyptians but in the meanwhile stay in a clean and luxurious villa. We really, really loved it!!!

It was perfect!

This fantastic villa is constructed with good quality materials, 2 separate sleeping rooms each with own bathroom, large sitting room/kitchen with windows overlooking the garden with flowers and swimming pool. By far the best place on our tour through Egypt. And the host, Mohamed, was so friendly and helpful and took us on felucca and MC tours. We enjoyed everything.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN LUXOR!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!! Here, you can enjoy the private house, private garden, private pool, even a private cute cat. The holder is really nice and helpful, he will tell you the best market and restaurant with the lowest prices you never met before. You can ask him for help at any time if you have any problems here. I really enjoy this quiet place here, hope you do too.

Everything was perfect. So comfortable with everything you need. We mentioned that we needed a driver for valley of the kings the next day and it was arranged within minutes. The location - a few minutes walk from restaurants, ATMs , boats , taxis and mini market ( with reasonable prices NOT 'tourist ' prices.) And as an extra bonus we had a daily visit from Mimi the cat and her friends 😀

Nothing to dislike. The wifi was rather sporadic, but that seems to be the same all over Egypt.
