"Very far from lobby and not transportation provided. And found giant mosquito."

It is near by the beach

Although beside the beach, not accessible to the beach. The villa is very far from the reception lobby ant not provided buggy. Need to hire day by day.

Great villa for a family holiday. Well appointed and well-maintained grounds

1. The staff at reception either didn’t know any English or simply did not care. We asked if the pool was open on a Tuesday to which the person in reception said yes, but we would have to settle bills immediately because we had already checked (we were waiting for our ferry). She forget to tell us that the restaurant was closed - so no idea what bill we were meant to settle 2. Everything has a charge attached - buggy transfers, transfers to sister properties when there are no breakfast facilities in the resort… everything! In contrast the other properties do pretty much everything complimentary. 3. Every help we asked for seemed to at ‘owner’s discretion’. We couldn’t check it before 2 even though the villa was ready because the ‘owners didn’t allow it’. In today’s world of customer experience it feels outdated.
