Family rinjani bungalow

The young man running the bungalows, Farid, is just lovely. He is so friendly and helpful with good ideas about what to do and good restaurants etc in the area. The bungalows are stylish, clean and with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, away from the busy road and mosque noise with a pretty view of the mountains.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Unreal view of Rinjani and its neighbours from your bed. Sunsets above and beyond. It’s about 800m from the start of the Rinjani NP. Farid, the manager was really helpful - even came down to the ferry to meet us! Folks in town at the local warung, so kind and friendly. Breakfast was ok, but if you’ll need to take a bit of a hike into town to find shops and warungs. 10-15 mins.

There was an incredible view from the window to Mt. Rinjani. The place is reasonably new, so all facilities are in good condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was very cold during the night and we were only provided with a thin blanket. The hot water in a shower is only enough for a couple of minutes, so only 1 person could take a super quick shower within few hours. Cold shower was a challenge as it was freezing in the morning and the water was ice cold.

Farid and Sandi were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They organized our tour (3days 2 nights) at the Rinjani volcano. The guide Wardi and the two porters were gorgeous and we had an amazing experience. Thank you guys

It was the perfect place for us to start our Mt Rinjani trekking from!

The stay was great and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a private and beautiful stay with green surroundings. Would have been nice to have some warm water while in the shower.
