Paljon tilaa, modernit, siistit huoneet. Kaikki toimi hyvin isommallekin porukalle. Koska asunto oli vuorella, helle ei haitannut, koska tuuli sopivasti.

Property was very clean and nice

Water in the pool was not very warm and house is located on the top of the hill which is fine but if you have seniors with you you need to rent a car .

An amazing property with beautiful views! Spacious villa with great facilities and pool, good sized bedrooms and very comfortable beds, fully air conditioned, modern and clean. It had absolutely everything and more you could ever want in a vacation home. David is an excellent manager, very friendly and helpful.

Nothing! It was just perfect! Although the villa is on a steep hill, it made for a good exercise (alongside use of the gym and pool).

"Amazing views, great rooms, spacious and fantastic facilities"

Fantastic villa, very modern and clean, 2 rooms have self contained flats within them so can have privacy, including a kitchen, lounge and dining area. Amazing views of Split over the sea, airport in sight but not noisy, could see the planes land and take off. Tucked away at the top a steep hill, would recommend not to walk it unless you really have to, but worth the view.

There is no hot tub as described in the title but we didn't really need it given it was 36 degrees.

Villa itself is amazing, views are breathtaking, beds are comfortable, lots of space, pool, various places to sit down. Driver/ keeper David is very friendly and always ready to answer all of the questions.

400 meters up the steep hill is a bit too much for people with joint problems/reduced mobility. Therefore it’s highly advisable to rent a car. To make it absolutely exceptional I would recommend to provide coffee (ground for the coffee machines), sugar, milk and maybe biscuits ready for the first day/arrival. And leave some cleaning supplies in each apartment, our family likes to wipe surfaces and especially after cooking/ meals (this was provided once we asked with no problems). Also new frying pans are needed.
