EKO STAY Gold- Casa Zul Villa

This villa is located in the peaceful location, Mind relaxing (shanti) and it also near the beach of Thal. The villa was well maintained and clean also. The bedroom was spacious and the living room was beautiful. We have enjoyed staying in this villa. The Caretaker had taken good care of us. Overall we had wonderful time.

We liked to stay at Gold- Casa Zul Villa it was one of the best place in Alibaug. It has very good pool to have fun. The caretaker was very helpful. Its value for money. The room was big. The Living area was very will maintain. The amenities was in good condition... Had great time with the various activities at the property. Was very comfortable and clean.

We all Liked The Casa Zul Villa one of the best place to stay in Alibaug. We liked the food. its was very easy to reach the Villa. The surrounding is very nice... Going in the pool was great experience and had a lots of fun with everyone. The villa is very well maintain by the Staff. The hygiene is will maintained 10/10.

The property was overall good. The Service was excellent.

The wardrobe had pests.. We couldn't use the closest due to the fever of cockroaches. The same situation was in the kitchen. The second bathroom needs a mirror.

We came with our family and this bungalow make our trip perfect with pool, lawn and bungalow architecture we love it. We enjoy a lot specially who taking care of this bungles they are very kind and helpful and there food was amazing. Thank you so much for everything

Property is nice and clean and well maintained

They don’t have any in house kitchen facility. Also the food they arrange in package is not worth as they don’t follow the timings and taste is very bad

The smooth checkin & housekeeping person Laxman was very courteous. Bedroom was neat & clean.

The dining area was very very messy. Not even 6 persons can sit down comfortably & eat together. The benches were very uncomfortable to use. Due to power disconnection, we had to complain for the AC not working. The water flow in the bathroom was slow. The kitchen was not properly equiped with utensils & the dining plates / bowls were of poor quality. There is no common space to sit in a group as the corridor was occupied with the two tables for dining space. The overall ambience is not upto the mark.

The place is clean

There were alot of restrictions. Firstly the electricity keeps going there and the generators don't start automatically. The whole night we had to sleep without AC in the heat. My entire family found it extremely uncomfortable. Then the music player wouldn't work coz there was no electricity and the generator cannot support it. When it started playing, the caretaker told us to switch it off and we couldn't even play soft music. The food wasn't upto the mark, it was edible but wasn't great at all. The caretaker then told me to pay 300 rupees an hour if we wanted the generator on at all times which I found very suspicious as I wasn't made aware of this clause when we booked.

Everything was well maintained no issue as such for bachelor party
