Luxury Pool Villa Close To The Private Beach

The villa was clean and had all essentials needed for my families stay. Tram was very helpful in getting us organised and ensuring our stay was to the best it can be. Without Trams help, we wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as we did. Me and my family would like to say thank you to Tram.

Nothing. Everything was very good.

Towels were very very very bad. We had requested the to change it as we stayed for 2 N 3D , but they were so stinky and utmost dirty. Staying in a VIlla which costed almost 2 lacs, didnt expect such low towel quality. they didnt even change it. Very pathetic.

When we arrived there was no house number on the booking.com form. Then we tried to call the number to ask but no one answered. The house was not the house in the photos. We got a second-rate house that was a disappointment. It looks nothing like the house in the pictures. The pool is about 3 times the size of the bath is very small and it backs onto other houses. We did not recognize it. We got inside and there were no towels or soaps in the toilet nor soaps or towels in the kitchen. The back sliding doors were broken so anyone could break in. The internet does not work properly and the bandwidth is terrible. I had to cancel business meetings as it was not possible to have a call. I called the house people to fix the problems. We had people working till 7 pm drilling and fixing the back door. I took photos. The key lock to the front door needs to be oiled as it's hard to turn. The shower to the master bedroom only half works and overflows. The toilet runs continuously. I thought about asking for my money back but it would my comments would be bought off by a refund.

All in all everything was well arranged from arrival at the airport up to departure. The host and supporting staff were able to accomodate to every request, from fixing a lock up to arranging motorcycles and specific breakfast requests. The villa was spacious, couches were pleasant and beds were comfortable. Also, I forgot a charger which they'll send to me by post. Excellent service!

At arrival I would advise the staff to arrange for arriving guests a plate with fresh fruits (like in resorts) and the basic needs like tea or coffee. Also a metal water cooker instead of a plastic one. Now only 4 bottles of water were available. For the price and luxury promoted, it would very much suit the assumed style. A little more cleanliness (bathroom) and the bathroom windows and better maintenance on the complete villa. With a little effort a lot can be created. Last, the 2nd airco in the living room should also be operational.

The facilities are old and need upkeeping.
