Carol Villa Đà Nẵng Beach 1

Very well located near the beach end of Da Nang. The beach is only a few minutes walk away, lots of good restaurants and eateries moments after leaving the property, as well as good access to convenience stores and pharmacies. The property looks amazing and is in good condition. Always felt safe walking to and from the property despite the lane way location; it’s well lit with plenty of local families living next door - so I would recommend this for families with children as we had.

Showers don’t run hot long enough but that’s a very minor problem.

- fairly good location, walking distance to the beach.

- worn out furniture, no cutlery in kitchen cabinet, no dishwashing detergent, no scrub sponge, only 2 hangers in wardrobe for a double bed room, dirty carpet. - dangerous staircase due to different height of steps (some high some low). - common area have 1 big dining table with nothing else, no tea towel to clean the table, no sink or cabinet in common area, no A/C as well. - place is not well maintained, poorly ventilated, cannot live without A/C. - super big black spider in toilet. - lots of ants. - no shower screen so water gets to the whole floor when shower, no bath carpet for wet feet.
