There was a strange smell from one of the en-suites when we arrived. After as quick call Kells and James arrived and sorted the problem! Superb service! They were very friendly and professional and acted like it was actually no bother at all!

The house is in good location and very spacious. There are washing machine and dryer as well. Kitchen is well equipped with stove top, ovens, toaster and dish washer.

Cleanliness can be improved. When we checked in, the kitchen sink and one of the toilet had not properly cleaned. There is a French press coffee maker with only minimal amount of grounded coffee. The upstairs bedroom with 2 single beds has chests of drawers but no wardrobe or hook to hang jacket. There is also no ensuite bathroom. People who sleep in this room have to use the downstairs bathroom.

Karinya was in an amazing location, perfect for seeing Isle of Skyye. It was exactly as described / pictures. Had everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect!

Very comfortable for two adult couples. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture.

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The upstairs bedroom with bathroom was deluxe, with nice bedding and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was beautiful and peaceful, but a little too far away from the town for restaurants and groceries.

The downstairs bed was not comfortable but had a bathroom. The upstairs bedroom with twin beds had no bathroom.
