I had issues with the steam room from the very beginning. They never fixed the problems, and every day they kept sending someone new, but the same story was repeated each time with no solution. It’s really a poorly managed company. The only helpful person was the guy who gave us the keys; the rest were pretty useless. I do not recommend them.

Das hat nichts mit Luxus Unterkunft zu tun. Es hat einfach ganz ganz viel gefehlt. Am schlimmsten war, dass wir außerhalb der Booking COM App Geld zahlen sollten für den Pool zum erwärmen und der war aber die ganzen Tage kalt und ich hab das mehrfach gemeldet und die haben immer gemeint, der ist warm genug das stimmt aber nicht der war kalt und wir konnten nicht baden und wir haben knapp 300 € dafür bezahlt. Das ist eine riesengroße bodenlose Frechheit und grenzt für mich an Betrug. ich konnte nicht die Badewanne benutzen, die ich extra gebucht hatte, weil die kaputt gewesen ist. Warmes Wasser gab es auch nicht in meinem Hauptbadezimmer. Das wurde irgendwie repariert. Erst nach ein paar Tagen. Dann gab es ein Problem mit dem Schließmechanismus an dem Garagentor, dass dazu führte, dass wir nicht das Grundstück verlassen konnten, mit unserem Auto zum Flughafen und wir uns ein Uber Taxi bestellen mussten und über die Mauer klettern mussten. Es bleibt jetzt noch offen im Nachhinein diese ganzen Sachen zu klären, ob wir auch Geld zurück erhalten. Ich werde mir auf jeden Fall einen Anwalt nehmen.

The view from the villa is spectacular. It was clean and spacious for a family of 5.

The driveway is very tricky, especially if you have a large car for your group. It is also difficult to find but once we were there we dropped a pin and it was straight forward.

The villa is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The view is stunning. I was very pleased with my stay. I recommend it.

The privacy and the style of the home was great. The views were spectacular. The home had a lot of attention to detail in design and had all amenities needed.

No Clothes dryer. A luxury vila of this price range should have a dryer. Guests should not have to be hang drying their clothes outside which in humid weather doesn't work well. 2- The steep and narrow curved driveway is an issue and guests can easily cause a lot of damage. 3- The staff was resistant to help and quickly tendered to make excuses instead of solve/ provide solutions. 4- Home had an alarm system but staff did not allow us to use it/ provide code claiming they didn't know it.
