Please note that for reservations under the condition "Pay at the property - no prepayment needed ", the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the check-in. Please note that the credit card used to make the payment of the reservation must be from one of the guests staying in the room. If this is not the case, please contact the hotel prior to the check-in date. Please note that all guests, adults and children, staying at the property must show a valid identity card or passport with photo, or equivalent document (e.g. birth certificate). Minors not accompanied by their parents must have a declaration or authorization to stay, issued by the holder of rights of custody. Please note that half board rates includes set menu (3 course) dinner and drinks are not included. All guests staying during the nights of 24th December and 31st December have the gala dinner included. Dress code is 'formal attire'.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
