Villa Malena

The Villa was spacious, great location, great AC and great pool. THE VIEWS!!

Location was incredible Kind and helpful host Clean and well maintained

Besides slightly weaker water pressure on the top floor shower, everything else was fabulous.

This place is moldy, stinks of sewer/septic tank , entrance way from road is unpaved and a big drop from main road which sits on a blind curve. The owner is insulting, its dated and clearly all they care about is how many tourists they can fool. As a Greek American going back to my homeland for over 25+, the experience at this house with my children was easily one of the top two worst and biggest ripoff ever. How do you know the Greek economy( especially tourism) is doing well, the rudeness and lack of customer service come right back. Buyer beware don't make my mistake find something else

The pool, the veiw., Veranda being a cool place to sit, a comfortable sitting room and air-conditioning in the bed rooms.

Water pressure poor in the upper floor bath room making it difficult to use the shower or bath, and disappointed with the Hot tub being in the bathroom

Stunning view. Wonderful pool. Great location. Excellent care. Really nice balconies and three good sized bedrooms. We left a computer cord and Kalliopi drove down to the port to get it to us. We really had a great time here and loved the villa.

The interior lighting is a bit stark and when we arrived at night the villa did not look great inside. Apart from being a little dated and some of the sound systems etc not working we really warmed to this villa. It's simplicity inside became a real plus as the terrace and pool are just magnificent.

Villa Malena is spacious and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning, with particularly wonderful sunsets. We loved the pool, the balconies and the privacy of the grounds. Sometimes it was difficult to tear ourselves away and go out exploring! The location is great as a base for exploring the island. It's very helpful to have plenty of easy parking space. Kalliopi welcomed us on arrival and kept in touch throughout our stay.

Any niggles are minor, as our overall experience was excellent. Visitors to the villa should be aware that it stands above the main Glossa- Skopelos road and there is occasional noise, especially from scooters. Although Glossa is within easy walking distance, the road is winding and doesn't feel a very safe walk. The villa doesn't have a luxury feel inside but is clean and comfortable.
