Villa Shammah - 4BR Tropical Villa Near Atlas Club

Breakfast was nice scrambled eggs toast and fruit, we had to keep asking for more which they were fine with though. Staff were really nice and helpful, big nice place, easy to get too and not on a busy street

Not really suitable for kids as pool area super slippery staff put towels down to help with this. Big main room, same issue super slippery with the tiles and steps everywhere, my son had a accident with cutting his head when he slipped, I wouldn’t allow children to stay in that room in future as there’s a pool in there also.

They had a security guard at night as well as laundry services

The room with the pool was very stale, there were many mosquitoes in that room too.

The size of the villa was so surprising. There are three separate areas. It's massive!! Loved the rooms. The pool. Clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. So friendly, so helpful. Loved them. Can't rave about them enough. We will definitely be back. 😊

That we only booked for 4 days. Had we known Nipper Villa was so awesome, we would've stayed longer!! 😁

Winnie and her team were AMAZING!! She helped me plan a very active week with two families and a grandma. She worked with me before the trip, every day securing bookings and details, and even followed up after the events. Without Winnie our trip would not been nearly as fun or successful. Her and Pintu made excellent breakfasts everyday and took our requests every night. They cleaned the house regularly and were so helpful and nice when the kids had accidents. Honestly, if it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t rate this place very high, but they made the older villa clean and manageable. If I were the house management I would hold on to this team - it made your villa a huge hit!

The kitchen was out dated and the AC UNITS all need to be replaced. The house could not get cool. Also, the mosquito nets helped but only when they were over the beds so all bedding needs to be covered. I love the original house and villa units but insulation and air circulation needs to be improved. But that is the house itself, due to its age.

Location was great, perfect for a large group of people, staff were friendly

The air con was turned off by staff at 4pm daily so if you were out and came back to your room at night, the room was boiling hot. The tiles around the pool were clearly not outdoor tiles and were extremely slippery, which I would take into consideration if travelling with children or older people.
