Nothing. Regretful stay

The swimming pool had no shade and the chemicals used caused us to become itchy and uncomfortable. They constantly came into our room, turned the AC off and moved our items. The female owner would always come and interrupt us giving us no privacy. The male owner would walk past, awkwardly and ignore. The unit is right next to the main house, so there is no privacy and you could not relax, someone was always there and watching. We hired a bike from them, it got a flat tire, due to the terrible driveway, argued with us regarding having it fixed and wanting us to pay for the repairs. Bike was more expensive than anywhere else. It was 150k per day, when offered one in town, for the same bike it is 90k. Furniture is uncomfortable and not practical. This is the level of privacy to expect, the owner is always outside the room giving no privacy.

We visited this beautiful villa for 8 nights and enjoyed everything - the swimming pool was really clean and the big garden around is a little paradise as it is also very quiet. You have the opportunity to choose between 3 kinds of breakfast and everything was tasty. Also the owner is very friendly and gives good recommendations. We would recommend this villa as you want to be central but not in the middle. Best regards from Germany, Max&Sinah

The reality surpasses the pictures. The Villa is perfectly situated, close to shops and warungs - but far enough to have enjoy the ‘serene’ environment. We enjoyed the private pool and patio! The hostess was extremely helpful and made us great breakfasts every day of our stay. We can recommend this villa with 10/10!

The place was so cool. Just near the forest, a lot of coconut trees. The pool was big. Place has private kitchen , clean and peaceful. Hosts helps with renting bike and tours

Little bit far from the main road. Ita so dark in the evening. Better to have a motorcycle. No hot water on the shower. Only warm for 5-10 min. No privacy , if you are looking for full private place its not hear. There is all the tome a gardener working around and hosts house is just near. 2 dogs they might be running around if you have any allergy better to be careful.

Ani is a very nice host. She takes care about everything and organize taxi and day-travel to the Gili-Islands. The Villa with the beautiful garden is in a very quit place. The swimming-pool is absolut great and you can spend the whole day there. The room, bed and bath are clean and comfortable. The Villa is outside Seniggi, but Ani organise a scooter, so it's easy to explore the beaches around. We definetly can recommend the Villa Serena to everybody, wo want's to be away from the ressort-tourism.

Only the muezzin from the mosque disturbes a bit early in the morning and at night.
