Before the trip, communication about check-in could have been better until the last minute, plus, while living on site, the alarm went off, even though we were not informed about it.
USThe view from the resort was splendid. The house was very clean. The staff we saw in person were nice.
There was a gas exhaust smell when hot water was running. This was explained as an issue due to the exhaust going into the garage. We were told just to leave the windows cracked to clear the smell. That was obviously not acceptable, though we understood there was NO gas leak. Just a nauseating odor that flared up my allergies and gave my husband a headache. We departed the next day, as booking.com found us another location which turned out to be incredible. To add insult to injury, this place wanted us out no later than 2 pm even though I literally begged for a late checkout and offered to pay a fee. We ended up paying for two nights just so they would not remove our stuff when we were at lunch. We could not get into the other location until 4pm, and we had food that would spoil if left in a car for two hours. In the unit we were given, the dishes, glasses, mugs and flatware were stored under the tv even though there was an empty cabinet in the kitchen that would have held most of it. Also, the shutters were out of order so we had a spotlight shining into the bedroom like it was a lit up stadium. Worst booking.com experience ever.

ATSehr gute Villa am Hafen mit Pool und viel Platz 👍 Vor allem wenn man Privatsphäre schätzt! Unterkunft sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ☺️... Der privaten Strand des Hafens ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen.
NLDe inrichting was heel netjes, modern en werkelijk overal is aangedacht! Echt fantastisch, heel comfortabel. We voelde ons erg welkom en vonden het jammer om weer weg te gaan. En dan heb ik het nog geen eens gehad over het geweldige uitzicht!! We zijn 2 nachtjes geweest met 3 kinderen. Ook zij vonden het geweldig.
