The property was very dirty, disgusting ( mould, …) we raised a complaint to Booking ( but no help) therefore we have raised an official complaint to the authorities.

THE VIEWS WERE AMAZING. THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY WAS LOVELY TIDY AND WELL CARED FOR

WELL WHERE DO I START... THE DRIVE UPTO THE VILLA WAS SCARY,VERY HIGH, AND DUE TO BEING SO HIGH, COLD. POOL WAS FREEZING, NOT HEATED. BEDS NEED REPLACING, AND DUVETS OR BLANKETS ARE NEEDED, WE BASICALLY ALL WERE COLD AT NIGHT ONLY HAVING TWO SHEETS. THE SHOWER HAD NO DOOR. THE OTHER SHOWER THE FIXING WAS SO POOR YOU COULD NOT USE IT. THE BED AT THE TOP IS TOO SMALL, THERES PLENTY OF SPACE FOR A BETTER SIZED BED IN THERE. WE WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

"Dreadful we left after 4 days and again poorly advertised"

Everything, badly advertised nothing on the website to say it was 3000 feet in the mountains, cold, cloudy, isolated so all in all poor advertising left after 4 days , had to find other accommodation at my own personal cost, Not very happy at all
