Amazing location

Geyser doesn't accommodate the number of people. Water was cold after a few people had a shower. Not good, especially in winter. Bathrooms are below standard. Finishing is old shower doors are old, toilets are old.

The location & the views are out of this world. Spacious everything. Aunt Cynthia was friendly and helpful. Sis' Nokwanda made sure everything was in order. The security is tight and helpful. Mall is very close. Waking up to the sunrise horizon. ✨️ We had an issue and they were all supportive and they were able to assist us. Thank you.

The view was great

The price is too high due to the following reasons : There are an ant infestation at the bedroom next to the kitchen .I was bitten by ants and had no choice but to cut my stay short and leave earlier than expected. The plates in the kitchen are chipped. The trellidoor gate keys were not given to us and our sliding door at the bottom bedroom did not lock.The bathrooms are not modern and there is only an air-conditioning unit in the lounge.For the high price one would expect complete air conditioning and better comfort in terms of the ants issue and the chipped plates.Left over milk and eggs were left in the fridge from the previous occupant .Flying cockroaches were also spotted in the kitchen as well.

Cynthia was amazing! She is so welcoming and kind. The views were beautiful. And the pool was lovely.

The bathrooms can be updated. The shower doors are calcified. And the sink taps need to be changed. As well as the toilet seats. The fittings on the seats are rusty. The blinds are very difficult to open and close in the bedroom and the gates are rusty and also difficult to open.
